Jennifer Carracedo, Associate Attorney
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate Degrees from the University of Miami. Having returned to her roots in the New England area, she became a member of the Massachusetts Bar. She started her career as a legal placement consultant at a legal staffing agency in Boston; eventually, moving on to start up a legal staffing division for a general staffing agency. In this role, she was tasked with overseeing the internal operations of this division as well as handling legal temporary and permanent staffing including consulting with clients to develop staffing strategies, negotiating employment agreements, and handling legal employment issues.
While building her family, Jennifer shifted her focus to taking on more volunteer and leadership roles within her community. Jennifer enjoys this rewarding work and currently serves on several community boards strategizing, developing, and implementing projects to enhance opportunities within the fine arts and schools in her community.
All her experience, lends to strength of advocacy and collaboration, enabling Jennifer to listen closely to your concerns, explore options, and work with you to find your best solutions.

Joy Franks, Paralegal
Joy has experience in many areas of law, a great sense of humor, and keen attention to detail. She holds a Legal Assistant Certificate and will be working closely with our attorneys to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Joy stepped away from her paralegal career for a few years to focus on her family, spending her free time volunteering with various organizations and at her children’s schools. After many moves around the United States and overseas as a military spouse, she continues her legal career as a member of our team. She is working toward completing her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies.

Riley Espat, Paralegal
Riley is a Phi Beta Kappa Accelerated Master’s student at the University of New Hampshire in the Justice Studies program. She graduated this past May with a dual B.A. degree in Political Science and Justice Studies as well as three minors in Forensics, Sociology, and Security Studies.
Currently, Riley is a Teaching Assistant for the Justice Studies program as well as the Senator for the College of Liberal Arts in the Graduate Student Senate at UNH. After she graduates in May 2023, Riley plans on taking a gap year before pursuing Law School.
